All persons in each notice have been indexed - including executors, administrators and trustees - to provide as complete a coverage as possible of those involved. The Gazette notices may contain further information, for example relationships to others mentioned in the notice and, for insolvencies, the dividends declared.The intestacy index (consisting of some 31,000 entries) lists name, where died, where born, court and Gazette reference. The notices also indicate the total amount received, paid and invested for the estates of the listed persons.The Supreme Court index (consisting of some 4,000 entries) includes residence, occupation and notes the nature of the summons.QFHSdatasearch is a generic interface designed to search genealogy databases and developed by the Queensland Family History Society Incorporated. This version features field-orientated and keyword searches, Boolean selection, sorting, wildcard searches and links between search results and images in PDF files.Please note: This resource will not work on an Apple® Mac® system, although certain Windows® emulation software might prove successful.
